About InnovAge Virginia PACE
InnovAge Richmond PACE is Virginia's largest provider of the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), offering comprehensive healthcare and social services designed to help seniors maintain independence at home rather than transition to nursing facilities. Opened in November 2019, the Richmond center features specialized facilities including a full primary care clinic, dental suite, and extensive physical therapy areas, all supported by personalized care planning and regular medical reviews. Most eligible participants pay little or nothing for the program, making quality senior care accessible to the community.
