Penn Asian Senior Services (PASSi) is a comprehensive eldercare organization serving the Greater Philadelphia region with culturally and linguistically appropriate care for Asian-American seniors. The organization operates multiple service lines including homecare, adult day care through the Jubilee Center, the Evergreen Center community center, vocational training, and meal delivery services. PASSi distinguishes itself by providing services in 19 languages and being the region's only senior community center specifically designed to engage Asian-American seniors in educational, recreational, and social activities.
