About InnovAge Pennsylvania LIFE - St. Bart's
InnovAge Pennsylvania LIFE at St. Bart's is an all-inclusive healthcare program providing seniors in Philadelphia with an alternative to nursing facility care, enabling them to age independently at home. Located within a former Catholic school campus in Northeast Philadelphia and adjacent to a 100-year-old church, the center offers comprehensive coordinated healthcare combined with social engagement activities including Zumba, horticulture, live entertainment, and spiritual support. Most eligible participants pay little or nothing for the comprehensive program through Medicare and Medicaid coverage.
