InnovAge Pennsylvania LIFE - Pennypack is the largest PACE provider in the nation, offering all-inclusive healthcare and social services to seniors in Northeast Philadelphia, enabling them to remain independent at home rather than move to nursing facilities. The Pennypack center features comprehensive medical facilities including primary care clinics, physical therapy, dental services, and specialized day programs designed for personalized senior care. Most eligible participants pay little or nothing for this program, which provides coordinated healthcare, behavioral health support, and social engagement activities.
