About Champion House of Care
Champion House of Care LLC is a day support program dedicated to individuals aged 13 and older with intellectual and developmental disabilities, providing person-centered, ability-driven care that develops life and vocational skills while fostering community connections. The organization offers three main programs throughout the year: CHOC Enrichment for post-secondary transition, After School/Special Sessions for school-age participants, and Camp Champion featuring swimming, sports, and community outings. With a mission centered on meaningful quality care and support, Champion House of Care empowers its participants, called Champions, to develop essential skills and actively engage with their community.
