About PACE KC
PACE KC is an all-inclusive healthcare plan designed exclusively for seniors age 55 and older in Jackson County, Missouri, enabling participants to live safely and independently in their own homes rather than nursing facilities. The program provides comprehensive, personalized care including primary and specialty care, behavioral health services, physical and occupational therapy, transportation, and social activities through an interdisciplinary care team approach. PACE KC covers all Medicare and Medicaid-authorized services with no deductibles, co-pays, or out-of-pocket expenses for eligible participants.
