The Fourth District Seniors Resource Center (FDSRC), established in 2002, provides quality services and resources to lower-to-moderate-income seniors in San Diego, fostering independence and enhancing their quality of life in a safe and wholesome environment. Their LEED-certified facility at the George L. Stevens Senior Center offers diverse programs aimed at promoting self-sufficiency through educational, recreational, and social activities.
