About Almage Senior Citizen Center
Almage Senior Community Centre is Montreal's sole resource for English-speaking seniors on the eastern tip of the Island. Its mission is to enhance the quality of life for independent seniors by fostering dignity, independence, and community involvement through a "senior helping senior" approach. The centre provides diverse programs and services, many free of charge, covering health promotion, education, recreation, social integration, and support services.
