About North Point Transitional Housing
North Point Transitional Housing, operated by FrontLine Service, provides short-term emergency housing and comprehensive support services for 100 adults and 50 young adults experiencing homelessness. The program offers safe shelter, meals, case management, and employment support to help residents transition to permanent housing and stable employment. Through trauma-informed care and individualized support, North Point helps residents rebuild their lives and regain independence.
