About CAP
North Carolina's Client Assistance Program (CAP) is a federally funded advocacy service that helps people with disabilities understand and access rehabilitation services across the state. CAP provides information, advocacy, and intervention support for individuals applying for or receiving services from vocational rehabilitation programs, services for the blind, tribal programs, and independent living centers.
