About The Family Restored
The Family Restored is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families affected by addiction through evidence-based, 12-step focused recovery programming across four New England states. Founded in 2011 in Portland, Maine, the organization provides family support groups, workshops, grief counseling, and treatment scholarships to remove financial barriers to addiction recovery care. With over $1.2 million in scholarship funds awarded to nearly 1,000 individuals, The Family Restored strengthens family relationships while helping individuals access life-changing abstinence-based treatment and sober living resources.
