About Milestone Recovery - Detox Program
Milestone Recovery operates Southern Maine's only non-profit medical detox program, providing safe, medically-supervised detoxification from alcohol, opioids, and other addictive substances in Portland. With a recent expansion doubling capacity to 30 beds and a new 150-person outpatient program, the organization combines 24-hour nursing care, physician supervision, and peer navigation to support clients through acute withdrawal and transition to long-term recovery.
