Transitions' Grateful Life Center is a 110-bed voluntary alcohol and drug treatment program serving men committed to recovery and positive living in Erlanger, Kentucky. Part of Recovery Kentucky, the facility offers therapeutic community, long-term supportive housing, and evidence-based substance use disorder treatment with access to primary care and onsite mental health therapy. Residents benefit from peer support through a buddy system, professional staff mentors, and community volunteers working together to foster lasting recovery.
