The program offers mentoring, emergency housing, employment assistance, transportation, clothing, phones, and counseling with a holistic approach rooted in human dignity and spiritual well-being. Their unique model begins mentoring during incarceration and continues for six months post-release, aiming to foster healthy individuals and an inclusive community for successful reintegration.
