Since 2003, the organization has provided quality medical and nursing care to over 1,800 individuals, serving as a critical bridge between hospital discharge and permanent housing. Located in the Saint Anthony Center in Over-the-Rhine, the Center combines clinical care with compassionate support to help clients break the cycle of homelessness.
