About The Canterbury House
The Canterbury House is a non-profit, independent living, age-in-place senior community sponsored by the Anglican Diocese of South Carolina, serving residents 62 and older since 1967. Located in the heart of historic Charleston, the community offers two buildings with a combined 250 apartments designed to meet HUD income guidelines. The Canterbury House provides a vibrant community environment with convenient access to shopping, dining, medical facilities, and cultural attractions.
