Daybreak Cohousing is a multigenerational, 30-unit independent living development located in the Overlook neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. Founded in 2009, this community features private condominiums ranging from one to three bedrooms, connected by outdoor walkways and centered around a historic silver maple and shared Common House. The community fosters deep social connections through shared meals, collaborative governance, and active participation in neighborhood teams.
