Stonewall House is New York City's first LGBTQ+ friendly elder housing development and the largest of its kind in the country, located in Brooklyn's Fort Greene neighborhood. The 17-story building features 54 studio and 91 one-bedroom apartments designed for independent living with community amenities including a roof deck, landscaped terrace, communal lounge, and ground-floor community center operated by SAGE NYC. Named in honor of the 1969 Stonewall uprising, this groundbreaking facility provides affirming housing for LGBTQ+ seniors.
