About Secaucus Housing Authority
The Secaucus Housing Authority (SHA) is a HUD-funded autonomous public housing agency providing affordable, subsidized housing to lower-income seniors through three senior housing complexes. Primarily operating under the Section 8 Project Based Voucher (PBV) Program and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, SHA ensures safe, sanitary housing with long-term capital improvement funding of $1 million annually dedicated to facility maintenance and upgrades over the next 20 years.
