About Friendly Village
EverTrue Affordable Housing is a faith-centered, nonprofit senior living provider offering income-based affordable housing for older adults age 62+ throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area and Illinois. With nine communities featuring distinctive styles and amenities, EverTrue combines HUD 202 federal subsidies and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits to serve seniors on fixed incomes while providing wellness resources, social opportunities, and countless activities. Their mission, rooted in 165 years of service, empowers older adults to live "Life According to You" through well-maintained apartments, nursing support, and partnerships with community organizations.
