The Pryde is a 74-unit LGBTQ+ affirming independent living community in Boston's historic Hyde Park neighborhood, developed by Pennrose in partnership with LGBTQ Senior Housing Inc. Designed for seniors 62 and older, this restored 120-year-old William Barton Rogers School building offers rent-restricted apartments at multiple income tiers (50%, 60%, 80%, and 100% AMI) alongside comprehensive community amenities and supportive services. The community celebrates inclusive, affirming living with on-site LGBTQ programming and comprehensive supportive services for all residents.
