Accredited by CARF/CCAC, the community offers a full continuum of care from independent living in cottages and apartments to onsite assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing at Holbrook. Residents enjoy an active, person-centered environment with priority access to healthcare services and extensive amenities including ocean views and wellness programs.
