Herndon Square Senior is a brand new 97-unit independent living community for seniors 62 and older located in Atlanta, Georgia, featuring 87 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom apartment homes with modern kitchens, in-unit laundry, and spacious floor plans. Developed in partnership with Atlanta Housing on the former Herndon Homes site, the community offers resident amenities including a fitness center, computer center, resident lounge, and 24-hour emergency call service. The waitlist is currently open for move-ins, with applications accepted through March 31, 2026.
