Twelve Oaks is an intimate senior living community located in the Montrose neighborhood of Glendale, affiliated with the nonprofit Episcopal Communities & Services (ECS). Currently undergoing a major redevelopment plan to replace older structures with a new Craftsman-style facility, the community focuses on providing moderately priced residential care and memory care. Please note: The facility initiated a temporary closure for construction on February 28, 2025.
