Tavares Pediatric Center is Rhode Island's only pediatric skilled nursing facility, established in 1983, providing extensive medical services to medically complex and fragile children, adolescents, and young adults 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Conveniently located within two blocks of Hasbro Children's Hospital, Rhode Island Hospital, and Women's and Infants Hospital, the center offers specialized care from birth through adulthood.
