About ARCH Disability Law Centre
ARCH Disability Law Centre is a specialized legal clinic dedicated to disability rights law in Ontario. Since 1979, ARCH has championed advocacy and test case litigation, focusing on defending and advancing the equality rights, entitlements, fundamental freedoms, and inclusion of low-income individuals with disabilities. ARCH provides direct legal services and is primarily funded by Legal Aid Ontario.
