About EPIC House
EPIC House (Elderly Persons in Community) is a non-profit assisted living community in Cincinnati serving income-eligible seniors over 60 since 1989. Founded by the Dominican Sisters of Hope, it provides shared housing with private bedrooms and bathrooms, meals, housekeeping, and 24/7 staff support for older adults who can no longer live independently but do not require nursing home care. The community combines affordable housing with supportive services, addressing the needs of long-time inner-city residents in the Greater Cincinnati area.
