Renovated in 2021 with energy-efficient upgrades, solar installations, and modern amenities, the four-story complex provides convenient access to public transportation, dining, shopping, and entertainment. The facility welcomes all residents regardless of race and is managed by the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to preserving San Diego's Chinese heritage.
